Hereby our company PT. Bumi Trading Membara, according to the Letter of Intent (LoI) that issued,
intens to offer our coal product with the following condition :

3. Price quote and payment system :
Ø Price FoB MV Kalimantan : ICI (Indonesia Coal Index) minus 5 (five) USD or
115.86 USD/MT (GAR 6300)
Demurage Rate 20.000 PDPR/HDH
Ø Term of Payment : LC (Letter of Credit) at sight 100% at loading port
Ø Laycan : 30 (thirty) days after LC Operative
Ø Anchorage : Muara Balikpapan, East Kalimantan or others
4. Adjustment
Ø Price Adjusment : Each Shipment depend on market price
Ø Capacity : 50.000MT (±10%)
Ø Coal Source : East Kalimantan
Ø Subtitute Port of Loading : All Kalimantan Port, Indonesia
Ø Inspection : Quality and quantity determined on barges by
independent surveyor acceptable, all cost and inspection
will distributed by seller.
5. Validity :
Ø Validity : Within 7 (seven) days from the date publication. Price be must evaluated
monthly for annual contract.
Ø In this case the government of Indonesia will be impose a coal export tax, price unit will
increase accordingly.
To continue the above material according the plan and schedule:
a. Buyers agree and reply our FCO signing and stamping company on it.
b. Buyers must send Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) to our company
within 5 (five) days after signing the FCO.
c. Buyers must provide with full details about his company, address, telephone number
and fax, email and bank account detail, account number, bank address, telephone
number and fax, email, swift code, contact name of bank clerk.
d. This ICPO is part of the sale and purchase agreement (contract), which cannot be
change or canceled. This must be followed by a sale and purchase agreement within
5 (five) working days (prepared by seller), after the seller received ICPO and
complete company and banking details from buyer (as outlined point above)
For next process : Buyer Send Sign Accepted FCO, Draft Contrat (DC) & Draft LC -> Seller Send Sign DC
Sign Draft LC -> Buyer Site Visit and PSA (Ultimate Analysis) -> Seller and buyer sign final contract at
notarial office -> LC On -> Delivery to MV -> Final Inspection -> Document Complete -> LC 100%
payment -> Contract Finish.
