LEGAL DEMAND NOTICE
Sub: Legal demand notice seeking payment of total amount of INR 15380.5 to be paid immediately on
receipt of this notice.
Under the instructions from and on behalf of my Client M/s. ONECLICKMONEY TECHPLUS PRIVATE
LIMITED, (CIN: U72900DL2022FTC406879) a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013,
having registered office at Shop no 97 Ground Floor, Block -BC PH 2 Mangolpuri Ind. Area New
Delhi, Delhi North West, 110034 (hereinafter shall be referred to as “ One Click Money ” or "my
Client" is the licensed User of the mobile application named “kredito24” ("App"), we hereby serve
you this legal notice.
1. ‘One Click Money’ is a technology platform that facilitates access between the Company on
the one hand and the person in need of borrowing on the other hand. It operates in the
online lending industry, provides various kinds of personal loan products, and offers
customers access to online lending facilities. In terms of services being rendered to its
clientele, my Client has earned considerable goodwill in the industry.
2. That I have been informed that you the Noticee approached my Client and sought to avail the
Credit Facility and accordingly entered into a Loan Agreement bearing loan id 181932 (hereafter
“Loan Agreement”).
3. That as per the Loan Agreement, my Client was to disburse INR 9500. Pertinently the said Credit
Facility was disbursed on 2024-06-13 [Link] and you the Noticee were liable to repay the
same. That the amount of INR 15380.5 is outstanding (including principal, interest, and other
charges as applicable and as mentioned in your Loan Agreement), stands due, and is payable
from you to my Client.
4. Despite several attempts by my Client to reach out to you, you the Noticee failed to respond,
and it was only after much effort that my Client sent you this Legal Notice.
5. That the aforesaid amount of INR15380.5 constitutes a valid and legally enforceable debt, which
is outstanding to my Client and is payable by you.

6. That my Client is tired of the approach of avoidance being adopted by you despite several
reminders and requests to discharge the outstanding loan amount. This reflects a clear
malafide intent that you have fraudulently and dishonestly cheated my Client. By
withholding the outstanding amount mentioned above, which is legally due to my Client,
you are causing wrongful loss to my Client and wrongful gain to yourselves.
7. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we call upon you, the Noticee, to pay my Client the
aforesaid amount of INR 15380.5within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice.
8. In the event that you wish to clear your outstanding installment, you are hereby required to pay
the outstanding dues of INR 15380.5. Kindly share the proof of payment via email at or reach
out at this contact number 9650333602.
9. Please be advised that your failure to comply with the requisitions above will enable us to
initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceedings. Please also note that such action shall be
at your risk and costs.
A copy of the said Notice is retained in our office for future reference and action.
