1. Scope of Infinity Energy:
Infinity Energy’s responsibility shall be limited to the works as per the quotation and includes:
• Provision of the necessary workforce
• Provision of all consumables (such as nails, lumber, and plywood)
• Provision of all equipment required for the project, including hand tools, power tools, and personnel transportation
• Supply and installation of reinforced concrete, in addition to the supply and installation of reinforcement steel
2. Scope of the Second Part:
• Obtain all necessary permits required for the project.
3. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Requirements

Infinity Energy shall comply fully with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the execution of the
works. The following responsibilities are included under their scope:
Implementing a project-specific HSE Plan in line with the client’s safety requirements
Providing personal protective equipment (PPE) for all workers and ensuring proper usage
Conducting daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and regular site inspections
Complying with proper housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and hazard-free worksite
Reporting and documenting any incidents or near misses in coordination with the client’s HSE team
Ensuring safe access, signage, and barricading around work areas
4. Terms & Conditions:
Payment Terms: 30% in advance with Po,65% progress invoices ,5% after handover.
Quotation valid 15 Days from the date of issue.
The First Party will release the payments of second party within 15 days after submission of the invoice of the
previous month, Thank you
The price doesn’t include supplying materials
All The rates above are without Tax.
