Mathematics a world of discovery

The aim of teaching mathematics is not only for children to learn the
traditional arithmetic rules, units of measurement, and some geometric notions, but rather
its main purpose is for them to solve problems and apply the concepts and
mathematical skills to thrive in everyday life.

Other authors such as Ausubel, Bruner, Gagne, and Vygotsky were also concerned.

Work was done with the fifth grade of primary education, with 3 children.
corresponding to the grade, it was really difficult for me to work with mathematics and
I really had to prepare myself in order to conduct the sessions, given the situation that is happening.

Not only did I work with the subject of mathematics, but also with others, being

I could notice that out of the three children in the class, two were really
