If you have previously applied to Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University, please fill in the first two fields

(Email, ID no, Passport no, and Password), enter the total number, and press Enter.

If you apply to Erzincan Binali Yıldırım University for the first time, please click on the “Create a new

Please provide an email address that you actively use. It is important to provide an email address that you will use throughout the application and evaluation,
placement, and final registration processes. In our application system, your account will be created once you have filled out the information in this field
correctly and completely.

Please click on the OK button and confirm your account by logging into your e-mail account.

By clicking on the "Application Guide" section, you can read the application guidelines and announcement text. You may enter your information by clicking
the 'Show' button.
If you enter data into all fields in the list, the message "Application
Completed" will appear on the screen.

Firstly, you will see a page entitled "General Application Explanation", please read it and do not fill in this field. Continue with the next step, "Application
Announcement".
On this page, you will find the 'Announcement Text'

Upon clicking the 'Save and Proceed' button, you will be automatically redirected to the 'ID Information' page.
During the pre-evaluation process, the passport
number is verified. If you write incorrectly, your
application will be rejected.
You can upload your photo by
clicking 'Browse' and then
'Upload'.

Upload a full-face photograph taken within


the last 6 months. Otherwise, your
application will be rejected.

Make sure that all information is accurate.

Your nationality and passport number are entered in the 'Log in' step, so this information will appear automatically. Please ensure that all information is
complete. Otherwise, you will not pass the preliminary evaluation and will not be eligible for placement.

Please make sure that your "Nationality" is correct. For more information, please refer to the screenshot below.
If you are a dual national, please enter your second nationality in the "Other Nationality" section. Please mark “None” if you do not have a second
nationality.

A nationality acquired by birth is your first nationality, while a nationality acquired by application is your second (other) nationality. If you do not enter
your information correctly, your application will be rejected.

As an example, a student candidate whose country of birth is Syria has acquired Turkish citizenship should write Syria in the nationality section and Turkey in
the other nationality section. Otherwise, your application will be rejected.
In the field titled 'ID
Type', please select the
appropriate option.

It is essential for the preliminary evaluation. Your application will be rejected if it is determined that you have marked an identity type that is different
from the one you possess.
In the 'Type of Citizenship' section, citizenship acquired by birth is considered your first citizenship, while citizenship acquired by application is considered
your second citizenship. To avoid rejection of your application, please enter your information correctly.

As an example, if a Syrian national has become a Turkish citizen, the 'Form of Citizenship' section should be written as 'by birth', while the 'Second Form
of Citizenship' section should be written as 'by application'.
Don't forget to click the 'Save and Proceed' button once you have completed the
information.

You must fill out all the information correctly.

After completing all the information, you should click on the button ‘Save and Proceed’. When you click on this button, you will be automatically directed to
the other page.

On the next page, you will find the 'Contact Information' section.

Your e-mail address will appear automatically on the screen after you type it in the 'Create Account'.

You should click on the 'Save and Proceed' button once you have completed all the information. Don't forget to click the "Save and Proceed" button after
completing the information. Clicking on this button will automatically redirect you to the other page.
Next, proceed to the 'Application Information' stage. Click on the 'Save and Proceed' button after selecting the correct information. Clicking on this button
will automatically take you to the next page.
Check the box if you are not a graduate at the time
of application.

Please write your GPA exactly as it


appears on your diploma. Don't make any
conversions. You must choose the correct
grading system.

All fields must be filled out correctly.

Your GPA must be written exactly as it appears on your diploma. Your application will be rejected if the grade on your diploma does not match the GPA
you entered above.

GPA should not be converted. A sample screen is shown below. Please read it carefully.
Please click the 'Save and Proceed' button after completing the information.

After completing all the information, you must click on the ‘Save and Proceed’ button.

To upload documents related to the information you have entered so far, please proceed to the next step.
Please select the document type from this
field. Provide the required description and
enter the document date.

You must add the document from the


‘Browse’ area.

After uploading the document, you should click on the ‘Upload and Save’ button.
After clicking this button, you should upload all other documents by selecting a new
document type again and clicking the ‘Upload and Save’ button each time.

Documents regarding all the information you have entered up to this stage must be uploaded to this stage. Identity/ Passport information, high school
information, and all other information will be checked with these documents, and in case of any discrepancy, your application will be deemed invalid.

When you have uploaded all necessary documents, please remember to click on
the 'Save and Proceed' button.

the next page.
Choose the faculty/school/vocational
school and program you wish to apply
to. To add more preferences, click on
the 'Add Preferences' button.

In this area, you must specify your preferences. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 5 options are available to you.

You should click the 'Add Preferences' button after each preference and move on to the next.

It is important to pay attention to the order of preference.


When you have completed your preferences, you should
check the box below and click the 'Save' button.

Don't forget to check the box.

You have now completed the application process after completing these steps.
Click the "OK" button to complete
the process.

As long as you do not have any missing information or documents, your application will be processed with this note.
Until the end of the announcement date, you may edit your
application by clicking the 'Edit Application' button.

Click the 'Print' button to print your application form.
