Design Problem: THREE STOREY (Commercial, Residential or Commercial-Residential)

The lot: R2

Beginning from the mark “1” S 23 deg W – 14.49mts to point 2, thence N 67 deg W – 13.04mts to point 3,
thence N 23 deg E 16.04mts to point 4, thence S 67 deg E – 11.50mts to point 5, thence S 22 deg E –
2.18mts to point 1. With a total area of 208 sqmts.

Adjacent lots:

@ northeast bounded with a 6 meter street

@ northwest bounded with one storey residential

@ southwest bounded with a one storey residential

@ southeast bounded with 6mts wide street

The Project:

Spaces are to be identified by the designer in their own discretion.

The building

• Abide with building laws and other necessary building standards


• No flat roof/parapet, shed/skillion type of roof construction.
• All primary structural members shall be of RC construction
• Maintain a 3–4-meter column distance or a fragment thereof

• Scaled Perspective
• SDP (scale 1: 200mm)
• Vicinity map (where you reside)
• Schedule of finishes
• General Architectural notes

• Use 20 x 30 blueprint
• Use the title block provided
• Use appropriate line weights and types
• complete all drawings with dimensions and lines.
• Due on: 1st meeting on January 2026
