INTRODUCTION
As a part of the Food Fest during Techvaganza, NIT Srinagar will
be inviting local food brands and restaurants to set up their
stalls at the festival. This initiative will provide a platform for
these local businesses to showcase their culinary skills and
promote their brand to a wider audience. Local food brands
and restaurants will have the opportunity to set up their stalls
and showcase their signature dishes and specialties. Visitors to
the Food Fest will be able to taste these dishes and learn about
the local ingredients and cooking techniques used
to prepare them.
The initiative to invite local food brands and restaurants to the
festival will also help to promote the local economy and
support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses.
Visitors to the festival will have the opportunity to explore the
local food scene and discover new restaurants and food brands.
NIT Srinagar is committed to supporting local businesses and
promoting the cultural heritage of the region. The initiative to
invite local food brands and restaurants to the festival is just
one of many ways that NIT Srinagar is working to
achieve this goal.
