We are organizing a walk-in hiring drive at our Gurugram office and would love to meet you if
you’re looking for a job in customer experience.
If you have 1 to 4 years of experience in an international inbound voice process and have a knack
for helping customers, this could be the right move for you.
Drive Details
Dates: Wednesday, February 11th & Thursday, February 12th - 2026
Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Location: Accenture DDC5, Tower 9, Candor Techspace, Sector-21, Gurugram
Who Can Apply?
Experience: 1–4 years in an international inbound voice process (mandatory).
Education: Both Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
Skills: Good command over spoken and written English.
Shift Details: Night shifts with 2 rotational week-offs. Shifts are 10 hours (including
breaks).
Transport: Both side cabs provided (must be within the hiring zone).
Note: We are looking for experienced candidates only (no freshers, please). If you
have interviewed with us recently, you won't be eligible for this drive.

Updated copy of your Resume
PAN Card & another Government ID
Graduation Degree Certificate (if graduated)
Experience Letter & Offer Letter of last 2 orgs
Last 3 months' pay slips
