Daewoo recognizes the importance of the
protection of its employee and the
Company’s assets, and to this end, shall
ensure so far as reasonably practicable, that
all persons, property and the environment
are protected against incidents, theft,
misappropriation or unauthorized disclosure.

Security Manager
 Review and develop the security
operation
 Prepare security procedures and
documentation
 Provide necessary security
resources
 Report all security related issues
to Project Manager
 Liaise with the company security
manager and Local authority
 Ensure that all site’s personnel
are aware of security procedure

Security Supervisors
 Responsible for day to day
supervision of security guard
 Ensure security equipment are
in place and functional
 Investigate all security related
issues
 Coordinate with the Company
security supervisor
 Report any breaches in security
to the security manager
 Prepare the report for any
security related issues

Responsibilities
Security Guards
 Check all concerning security passes
in relation to both personnel and
vehicle
 Patrol & observe area of
responsibility
 Assist in control of traffic
 Conduct searches of all vehicles
entering & exiting the project
 Check Material passes and waste
manifest
 Documents all security related issues
 Prevent entry of unauthorized person
in site and prohibited materials (guns,
knife, drugs, liquor, etc…)

alcohol or drugs, if necessary
