During the recruitment season, BWH CDI holds a networking reception for LGBTQ+ applicants. This reception is designed to connect LGBTQ+ applicants with LGBTQ+ trainees, faculty, and other applicants in an informal setting. The conversations that take place can give invaluable insight into what residency life is like at Brigham/Mass General Brigham!
