Finally have to time to show some excitement for Pose Fair. YAAAAAY!!!!!

The Pose Fair will run for 2 weeks beginning  April 15th and end on April 30th @ 12 am slt.  It is the 3rd annual fair and the biggest with 120+ vendors spread over 2 sims.  There are vendors to suit everyone: single, family, children, couples and some very mature poses. YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS EVENT.

There is even a photography contest where you can possibly win some lindens for showcasing your vendor purchases.

This is the first time for a photo competition at Pose Fair! The rules are simple and it will be easy to enter, all you need is a Flickr account.

— Take a photo, in whatever style you want, using a product purchased at Pose Fair. It can be anything – a couples photo, a photo on your own, or a motion shot using a dance animation, or literally anything else! Pick up some of the fun gadgets on offer at the fair to make your photography easier, too!

— We don’t care about photo editing – if you take an imaginative photo, perfectly lit and composed, that will beat out an over-edited, badly composed shot ever time. Don’t worry!

Finally after a week of RL hell, I get to finally relax and showcase new mesh designs from Eclat. Ahmisa has outdone herself again with her fabulous designs.  Her designs have such great detail and in my opinion, Flawless. She offers multiple sizes in in her mesh clothing. I am always surprised when any designer includes XXL in mesh and with the Eclat’s mesh  that I have been able to try on that is a definite plus.

I did have to adjust my chest size but I find that I have to do that for all mesh tops that I have regardless of designer but all other areas were just wear and go.   My favorite of the designs are the High Waist mesh pants and I maybe be a bit biased because I rather wear pants than a dress 🙂

I was inspired by Del May and Miamai poses to create the look and the feel of the pictures.  I also was trying different lightening techniques and photo manipulations in Photoshop and I am quite impressed with the outcome. I love to see when awesome Designers get the notice that they deserve. Ahimsa  Balut of Eclat, is that such designer.  Her designs have been part of  the Festival of Sin 2012, Whore Couture Fair, and also was part of the Modavia Noir collection.

I love when I find something in SL fashion that I actually have in my closet in RL.  The Baloon Dress from Vero Modero is one outfit that will become one of my go to outfits to wear.  I would wear this while going on a shopping spree or I would jazz it up for a club night.  Two styles for the price of one is always a good deal. You can wear it as Dress or wear the leggings (included)along with it. There is a major plus to this outfit, IT’S MESH!!  So go check out the newly released mesh designs @ VM.

Reveling In Who I Am

I show my SL personality when I blog certain looks but now and then I show a little of my RL personality. I am a huge Slam Poetry buff and during the summers (hehe, I get 2.5 months of freedom) I love doing slam showcases. Also during the summer, I don’t have to do the 9-5 professional look so I can totally let the locks fall, the piercings and Tats show, and mix my patterns and styles so I can create my own eccentric look.

Which brings me to the newly released Steampunk & Victorian style coat w/ Top Hats from BoHo HoBo.  Putting them on makes me think of Slash from Guns N’ Roses and Prince. Love them both.  I decided to pair them with things I love wearing in RL: a tank, some leggings and boots. Yes, my own little look without the guitar because I can’t play that instrument to save my life LOL
