Refund policy

Shipping Domestic:

Orders will be sent by An Post or DHL. A DHL tracking number will be sent by email once the piece has been sent.

 

Shipping International:

  • International orders will be sent through the registered post using AnPost or DHL a tracking number will be sent once the piece has been sent.
  • All orders are Made to Order unless in stock. Made to order pieces may take 4-10 weeks to create so please contact us first if you need a piece in a tighter time frame. 
  • A Custom or personalised order is non-refundable. If you are unhappy with the piece or an issue has become apparent please get in touch and we do all we can to ensure you are satisfied.
  • Every piece is handmade to order so there may be some slight differences between very intricate designs. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us at aislingkavanaghdesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange

Thank you so much for supporting Aisling Kavanagh Design. We hope you’re delighted with your order. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange. 

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

We will only accept returns if your purchases are in the same condition you receive them.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

To organise your return for exchange, please email us directly at aislingkavanaghdesign@gmail.com and mention your order number and the reason you wish to exchange. Exchanges must be posted back with a tracked service and the return postage as well as postage back to the customer should be paid for by the customer. 

When returning from outside of the EU please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges. The original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded.
