In the unlikely event of a natural disaster, a global or national emergency, or the artist cancelling the event, should forces beyond our control prevent this event from happening, Rappolla Entertainment will take care of refunds. Please note: refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled by the artist or Rappolla Entertainment. Otherwise, the show must go on.

All attendees 18 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Anyone under 18 without an accompanying adult will not be permitted entry.

All attendees are required to present valid proof of identity to verify age at the bar. 

Photography & Videography Policy:

All photographers and videographers must be approved prior to entry. Bringing equipment into the venue is at the owner's risk. All bags are subject to search upon entry. We love those who wish to support live music and capture the memories, and we will not stop you from doing so, but it must be approved by Rappolla Entertainment and the artist management first.
