I stopped using Graphy in January 2026. However, in February, they billed me for another year of service and never invoiced me. When I found out, I reached out asking them to refund me the money because I will not be using there services anymore. Graphy refused to refund the money. Graphy is being paid for a year of services that they will NOT provide. Their deceptive billing practices, their poor response time, and their eagerness to take money for services not rendered require me to leave this warning: do not do business with Graphy.

Madhushree has been excellent in providing dupport for me setting up my website! It's been great to have someone walk you through the platform and how to get started. I would recommend Graphy to anyone who wants to start and needs the support to get you the answers you need in order to start building your own platform.

Graphy experience was totally good and user friendly and most importantly their service when I face struggles in any problem their incharge person @sasikanth was very good at handling the problem even if it’s Sunday night 10pm or busy Monday morning he will clear my problem in time . The experience was outstanding. Sherin is extremely helpful. Whenever there is any issue she is always available and ready to help.

There are many LMS services out there but what I personally like about Graphy is how quickly they address a concern. Whenever I reach out with a feedback, it is taken into consideration. The support team is prompt. My queries are personally handled by Mr. Vamsi and Mr. Nithin, who are both very polite and helpful. Grateful to the team.

Shasi has been my support from Graphy for a year now, and he has been readily accessible whenever needed, even on weekends, and has solved almost all issues instantly. Happy to have him as my point of contact from Team Graphy.

Extremely poor and misleading experience with Graphy. Services promised during onboarding were never delivered. After payment, communication almost completely stopped. No proactive follow-ups, no proper onboarding, and critical information — like the platform being mostly DIY with limited customization — was never disclosed upfront. Meetings were promised and not followed through. Queries on email and WhatsApp were ignored for days. Even basic tasks like changing the company name or content setup were left for us to figure out ourselves. Commitments made during calls were not honored. Overall, highly unprofessional, non-responsive, and lacking accountability. Would not recommend to anyone seeking reliable service.

My experience with Graphy has been truly excellent. As a non‑tech person, I’ve always received timely help from the support team whenever I was stuck, which made the entire journey smooth and stress‑free. Transactions, course uploads, and course creation are all seamless and hassle‑free. Graphy is a platform you can confidently trust for your LMS needs.

A special mention to my website-manager, Shasi Thandava, whose guidance and support have been invaluable. His proactive help and encouragement made the process even more effortless and reassuring. Thanks once again.

The knowledge of Astitav Kumarc on the Graphy platform, what looks good and how to make the changes I needed to make to go live was simply incredible. I could not have asked for any thing else.
From start to finish the experience was enjoyable.
I did struggle a little on formating, however Astitav was able nto guide me easily on the calls.

Terrible customer service. They automatically billed us with no warning or consent. No responses from the company after several messages. Do not use this company.

The backend tech team are highly incapable & not able to activate one country name in the last 2 months. So pathetic...

A very professional system setting up your ability to offer courses. You do have to do the footwork of setting up and there are tutorials. I look forward to adding many more courses to my graphy account!
