Did not like my experience there

Not sure how much of the good reviews are from real person, I paid for their annual plan based on the reviews but requested refund within 30 days (hope I get my refund…), not really as what I expected, I connected from Shopify to Etsy, but it’s not like one button connection u still need to go through a lot of process. I failed to connect to TikTok which is whatever, the most headache I get is from connecting to Facebook, on god Facebook commerce manager is also difficult as hell. Anyways I could not get the shop set up properly because of the checkout link thing, litcommerce people were like “on we only sync, we do not take care of the check out url” I finally figured out how to make a bridge app to connect sku id information to allow using Shopify variant ids to directly make a cart check out page just to learn that lit commerce made the product id a random series number on facebook that does not connect to Shopify product variant id🤣🤣🤣 spend hours and hours and had to uninstall litcommerece close the store and restarting using the Shopify Facebook integration directly. Worse still litcommerece does not allow export of product info from Facebook so its difficult to create mapping btw Facebook content id and Shopify variant id, why do they have to make things extra complicated? Oh well because they want you to stick to them to continue to pay annual fee!

Great service, Great support!

I am finally ready to dive deeper into my business and that began on Squarespace. I added Litcommerce' service for integrating my pre-existing inventory. I ran into a snag (totally my fault), but it derailed my progress. I have had the pleasure of working with Norah half of the day, and into the late hours of the night correcting this error. The patience, care, and kindness as well as the direct support has been top notch.
Helping smooth all the speedbumps along the journey.

The site and service itself is also really smooth (As long as you pay attention... hah!)

I've recently signed up to litcommerce and have had exceptional customer service from the start. Natalie assisted me via the online web chat - she not only provided me with the answers to my questions but also looked at my information I had input and offered me further set up steps and information. Very very happy with my experience so far and the ease of use.

Phillip from customer service has been really helpful during set up- so far so good- been dreading updating etsy and faire, because i had just finished 100 products on my website, nanishells.com, only to have the whole thing deleted when i imported on squarespace to bring in my wholesale pieces. anywho- had to redo every single listing on squarespace and was DREADDING etsy and faire. Litcommerce has made it such a breeze (so far) day 1 and i bulk edited the listings and have my etsy loaded NANI SHELLS and am 91% on faire. im pretty confident i will remain a customer, so stoked ot have found a commerce website to sync with that is user friendly and actually works

Quick and reliable

Both the support and the tech team gave a haste response and resolved the issue quickly. The support team was very kind and cooperative and the tech team gave notification where needed. This happened during Christmas as well between the 24th and the 25th. Very thankful of the service and looking forward to the annual subscription.
