Why Higher Prices for Canadians?

Oh, Canada! We adore you—but why the higher prices? It’s those sneaky tariffs! When we ship north, customs hits us with a “welcome tax” (think of it as a cover charge, minus the velvet rope). We’d love to push it off and keep the price the same as always, but no dice. So, prices are a tad higher to keep the Puffs coming. Sorry, eh—it’s not you, it’s the trade rules! Why are there more Built Puff options than Built Bar options?

We have seen a lot more demand for Built Puff than Built Bar. We’ll continue to offer bars on our website in select flavors, but fewer than we’ve had previously. We do plan to have occasional limited release bar flavors come throughout the year. We consistently monitor demand and consumer feedback & appreciate your support and effort in contacting us.

Most orders ship FREE across the USA! However, for orders under $19.99, a $7.95 shipping fee applies. For our Canadian customers, there’s a $5.00 shipping fee, which includes all taxes and duty fees—no hidden costs, just seamless delivery!

Is the chocolate on Built Bars and Puffs different?

Built Bars and Puffs are transitioning to now use compound chocolate for a smoother, mess-free bite with the same great flavor. Plus, with Built’s taste guarantee, if it doesn’t meet or exceed your expectations, we’ll replace it free of charge!

I saw a flavor I wanted a few weeks ago but I can't find it on the site, where is it?

At Built, we’re proud to manufacture and ship all our bars ourselves—because of that, we can bring you Limited Time Only flavors (LTOs) on the regular! Some fan favorites might make a comeback, but most LTOs are a one-and-done deal—once they’re gone, they’re gone! Don’t worry, though—we’ve got your back with a lineup of classic flavors that are always available. To spot an LTO, just look for the "Limited Release" tag. If it’s tagged, you’ll want to snag it while you can. If not, it’ll be here waiting for you on your next visit. Happy snacking!

What is product protection?

Product Protection covers your package from loss, damage, or theft. In the case that your package is affected, we will replace it for free. This does not include physical packaging of any kind.

Can I return or exchange a flavor?

We do offer a one-time Taste Guarantee! If a flavor doesn't meet your expectations, we can provide you with a gift card for a new box on your next order.
