My wife and I used Kensington to manage our trip to Egypt, which was all that we hoped it would be. Our agent Moe Sami was wonderful to work with. Our guides, Mohab, Ramadan, and Ali, and the other Kensington folks did a marvelous job getting us from place to place and showing us the various sites that we enjoyed each day as well as the beautiful boat we traveled on the Nile. In addition to the historical sites, we learned a great deal about the present-day culture and people of Egypt.

The activities and tour guides Kensington arranged were all outstanding! Hotels were also top quality. There were a few communications issues that they resolved efficiently and succinctly. Very professional and thoroughly enjoyed our trip with them.

We couldn’t be happier, our experience with Kensington was wonderful. They looked after us at all times, from when we got off the plane until we took the flight back home.
We must highlight our beloved tour guide Shaza, who made us experience very pleasant and fun moments trying to convey all his knowledge in the most agile and interesting possible way , and also close to Egyptian customs.

Sonesta cruise was very good and people so friendly.

Kensington offered a truly premium experience for our trip to Egypt. Moe Sami and the team put together a terrific itinerary and were very patient when we asked for changes. They local reps met our flights, assisted us through the airports and delivered us to our hotels. The tour guides were extremely knowledgeable.

Kensington took care of us from the time we got off the plane until we got back on at the end of the tour. Very stress free. Our 3 guides were friendly and very knowledgeable. The accommodations were top notch.

We wanted to see the Taj Mahal while in India, without being in a large group. This was my first trip with Kensington and they did an incredible job from beginning to end; including airport pickup, premier hotel stays, car with driver and guide, two visits to the Taj Mahal plus the nearby Fort. The adviser made sure we were ready for the trip, and the guide was really knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Kensington.

I can't say enough good things about Kensington. First time using their services, and would do so again for any trip. Six days in Paris put together in two weeks. Itinerary, app, people top of the line. Private and group tours led by true experts who were very personable. Hotel in Latin Quarter picture perfect. Dinners and excursions were scheduled without too much rushing. I recommend dealing with Kensington and Courtney without reservation.

This is our third trip organized by Kensington. This company is outstanding. We worked with Emma Dunkinson. She is so professional and diligent. Every tour made ran perfectly from beginning to end.

Fundamentally, and across multiple conversations, the sales agent Chris, obfuscated the details of what exactly was being purchased for luxury pricing on a solar eclipse, trip of a lifetime. I did not know if I was paying for a single room, a single room plus supplement, or the full ride for double occupancy. Then when I requested to add a second person, the extra deposit amount was given as the total price to add a second person. Finally, he added the cost of some pre-cruise day trips without my authorization. The lack of communication with respect to what I was purchasing was so extremely very frustrating I decide to cancel the trip to avoid ever escalating costs. Even though a substantial part of the trip cost was non-refundable. It was a bad experience.

Kensington was extremely easy to work with and planned an itinerary that checked every box! From Quito, Ecuador to Galápagos Islands to Machu Picchu every day was amazing! Having a guide that was born in the Amazon and loves his country and his culture was such a bonus in Gonzalo!!! Carlos drove us to all the best places as well! We can’t wait to plan our next adventure!

From the moment we began planning our two-week Egypt adventure, Kensington Tours set the tone for what would become a truly extraordinary experience. Our agent, Christiane, was outstanding from the very start. She listened carefully to everything we hoped to see and do, and crafted an itinerary that exceeded our expectations at every turn.
Once on the ground, the magic continued. Our coordinator Mohab, based in Cairo, was simply exceptional. I cannot say enough about him. He was our anchor throughout the entire trip, ensuring everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.
The guides and drivers Kensington arranged were, across the board, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely wonderful to spend time with. Kadria brought Cairo to life with her expertise and warmth, Hassan kept us comfortable and safe on the road with his calm and professional manner, and Ahmed made our time on the Nile both educational and deeply enjoyable. The service on board our ship, the Sonesta St. George, was simply unbelievable. The crew went above and beyond at every turn and made our time on the Nile truly unforgettable.
In Aswan, our second Ahmed went above and beyond in a way we will never forget. On the way to the airport, he noticed we no longer had the papyrus scroll we’d had with us the evening before. Without hesitation, he had the driver turn around, and when they reached the hotel he sprinted to the entrance and had an attendant meet him with the scroll in hand. That kind of attentiveness and care is rare, and it meant the world to us. That scroll was coming home no matter what! In Alexandria, Marwa rounded out our journey beautifully, pleasant, informed, and a real pleasure to be with.
Every single person we encountered through Kensington took obvious pride in sharing their country with us. Egypt is a destination that deserves to be experienced this way with people who truly care and that is exactly what Kensington delivered.
We would not hesitate to book with them again, and we will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who asks.

TERRIBLE, ruined a trip of a lifetime to Australia . Tour guides were no shows cust service was no help. We ended up having to do tours on our own .

Had a thoroughly delightful visit to Kenya arranged in detail by Kensington's Patricia Lalonde.
The occasion was the 80th birthday celebration for my aunt.

Our itinerary was a loop, Nairobi, fly to Samburu, then fly to Ol Pejeta and finally drive back to Nairobi.
The arrangements all worked flawlessly, from the initial airport pickup to the final departure.

The accomodations were excellent throughout, the Norfolk Hotel in Nairobi, old style comfort, Sasaab at Samburu, a spectacular setting with excellent cuisine and really superbly equipped individual 'tents', River Camp at Ol Pejeta, wonderful night sky with outdoor fire, fine individual 'tents' and excellent cuisine, Giraffe Manor a lovely building and grounds, dominated by confident giraffes shamelessly seeking hand fed snacks...

The Kensington people really made the trip, multilingual, professional and always helpful.
We particularly appreciated the wider range of skills of our drivers, not only finding and spotting the leopards, cheetas and elephant families, but also identifying the manifold birds and plants of the region, as well as guiding our visits to the local villages.

We appreciated the people most of all. Their youthful hustle is everywhere, whether booming construction in Nairobi or expanding goat herds in Samburu. Their society appears open to all, so they all strive.
We totally enjoyed our visit.
