Incredibely disapppointing

The system is everything but customer friendly. The bank module doesn't work properly, the app is crashing all the time, and the system doesn't allow to generate reports and I'm not asking for complex reports, just basic lists of incoming and outgoing invoices.

Lots of bugs

The Yuki model is based on a close collaboration between the entrepreneur and the accountant. We consciously maintain this philosophy to ensure the quality of the accounting and the annual accounts.

Although your request aims to deviate from this, it is not a standard procedure and requires a different administrative framework and technical setup. Our Customer Success department is currently investigating if and how we can facilitate your specific way of working. It is worth the effort to switch

Great onboarding proces and Yuki gives us clear insight on the status of the administration of all our cliënts. Furthermore the automatic processes are very good which makes everything very efficient.

The proces of migration with historical data from other bookkeeping system took more time then expected, however it is worth the effort

This software was supposed to help, but it creates more work instead

This software was supposed to help bridge accounting and end user. I find its confusing and very clunky with minimal features. Great idea behind the software but poor execution, support, and useful updates. Better getting something cheaper powered with more features

The yuki program is number one

The yuki program is really great! I love to work with this system. It helps me having a great overview and communication with wht administration holder. When thers a problem the yuki support is quick in answering and to the point
I worked with a lot of programs like Snelstart, Exact and Visma online but for me Yuki is the number one

I do not recommend

I do not recommend, no contact, no support, incorrectly loads documents. It was supposed to make work easier and it did it twice as much. There are much better and cheaper companies on the market. But they lowered my invoice, so you can come to an agreement with them.
