A short, atmospheric, partly comedic horror experience about an actor, Brian going to a blind date, but something isn’t right.
This game was created in collaboration with my dear friend Niven Hedinger who wrote the story. Development was handled by me, with voice acting contributions from:

NOTE:
Both Niven and Ben have YouTube channels where they create some truly interesting content.
On Niven’s channel, [Niven Hedinger] you’ll find great horror gaming commentary along with occasional teasers and trailers for his own projects, since Niven is also a talented game developer.

The game was pretty funny and so unpredictable!
I FINALLY got around to playing your game, It was awesome!! I really liked the variety of different things you got to do between killing zombies, playing a dating simulator, and running around that cool movie set/mansion. I loved it!
Kinda awkward at the end though, not sure if i will be getting a second date after the m3d3ring, and all. But as for whatever chased me in the courtyard... I'm definitely interested!

Accurate to how 90% of online dates go from dating apps
really gave me "eyes wide shut" vibes, it was fun to play and record. The ending however felt a bit rushed/random but still cool for a short game. Well done :)

I found this to be an empty experience and not much of an adventure. For what was created, some of the scenes were really top notch and I can see that you put a lot of time into them. There really wasn't any gameplay, read a note, kill things, find a key, open a door. Some serious puzzles would have been nice. Story? There really wasn't a story, just a few questions and answers, no real explanation of what was happening and what the party was all about and why. Then the game just ends without any satisfaction of having played a game or having accomplished anything. If I were you, for your next game, write a really scary story, then build a game around it. You already have a head start with the art and visuals and some good voice acting, so create a really absorbing story and puzzles that are challenging.
Really sorry that the game didn't deliver, and I am aware of quite a few flaws that it has and I'm really glad that you gave it a chance and took your time to write a review, hope my future projects will be better!
