Premium Mode

[FREE] You have a free account, consider upgrading to a premium account to access a range of premium DOAJ services.

Premium metadata service users have access to the following services:

• Current OAI-PMH feed: data received over OAI-PMH will be up-to-the-minute with the current data in DOAJ.
• Current Public Data Dump: data received from the Public Data Dump will be up-to-date to within 1 day of the current data in DOAJ.
• Current Journal CSV: data contained in the Journal CSV will be up-to-date to within 1 hour of the current data in DOAJ.

To access your premium metadata services, you must be logged into your DOAJ account. If accessing content machine-to-machine, you can include your API key in the URL to ensure you are receiving the most up-to-date data. For example:

Waiver policy

The price to access our Premium Metadata Services is determined on a case-by-case basis. We have a waiver in place for anyone who doesn’t have the funding available to pay.

We will waive fees for:

• any student, researcher or faculty member from any institution that supports DOAJ, either directly or through a consortium.
• anyone studying, working or contracted at a non-commercial, not-for-profit organisation* from any of the Lower Middle Income Countries, as determined by the World Bank.

We may offer a trial for companies in their start-up phase.

In all cases, we expect an acknowledgement to be made to DOAJ, with a link to our homepage.

*National universities, professional schools, research institutes, teaching hospitals, healthcare centres, government offices, national libraries, agricultural extension centres, and local, non-governmental organisations
