The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rules and boards act as a lid on top of the trays.
The full colour print really brings the trays to life, tying them in with the theme of the game and making it easier to see which components go where.

This product consists of a flat-pack of 4 Evacore sheets. The trays require assembly, which is quick and fun, using ordinary PVA glue. Detailed instructions are included in the package.

The insert is arranged in up to two layers, with all the card trays are sized for sleeved cards. All the trays are removable from the box and can be used during game play to keep the table tidy.
These pictures show the trays without the game components inside so that you can see the colour print designs. Every tray includes images to match the theme of the game, plus icons to show which components go where.
The images greatly improve the look of the trays, but also help in game clear up as you can instantly see what goes where.
The insert works equally well with the plastic ships and agents from the Miniatures Pack available for the game. There is no space for the purple flagships or imperial ships, however.
When packing the box, first place the map board on top of the trays using the raised end of one tray to hold it in place. Next add the player boards in two stacks. The rule books and aid sheets are added last as shown. This fully fills the box without any lid lift and allows for vertical storage of the game.
