Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Shadowrocket for macOS
2. Add new key, for example,

   (copy it to clipboard and reopen Shadowrocket)
3. Connect to the server
4. Open https://www.google.com/, https://www.youtube.com/, https://www.nytimes.com/ or other sites

Expected Behavior

All websites are filtered correctly.

Actual Behavior

On many websites, ad blocking doesn't work fully or correctly — ad leftovers and pop-ups still appear, especially about cookie usage.
