Widgets fail to toggle off when opened on multiple monitors

Description

Clicking on the widget button opens the popup, but doesn't close it. dms ipc call widget toggle will also only open the widget but not close it.

It still closes when clicked anywhere else, but not when clicking on the button.

Steps to Reproduce & Installation Method

Have the same widget across 2 separate bars, on 2 monitors.
Open any widget like the clock, media player, or launcher and without closing it, open the same widget on the other bar.
Toggling off will be broken for that widget until restarting dms.
