Allow searching in the "All" launcher tab by default

Feature Description

Allow the launcher to default to the "All" tab.

Use Case

I'd like to get launcher plugin results without additional prefixes or tab switches. Having the "All" tab as default would achieve this. The behavior on GNOME is also like this.

Downgrade DMS, version < 1.4 allowed this behavior by plugins not having a prefix.

I assume you mean the button yea? It currently defaults to "all" for the central spotlight, but can add an option for the button too.

No, it currently defaults to "Apps". I'm assuming the "central spotlight" is the launcher that comes up when opening the overview and starting to type.
