Adds a Bengali (bn) translation of the “WordPress Native iOS app via Playground” guide to improve accessibility for Bengali-speaking readers.
Changes:
- Added new bn-localized guide content following the repo’s translation format
- Preserved the original English text in HTML comments for review/reference
- Kept structure/links/code blocks consistent with the source document
