Eventually make -d auto the default?

Great feature added in #9 - but did you consider to make this the default? Might be considered B/C breaking though?

Dropping my +1, but with the disclaimer "I don't use it intensively, more users feedback might be needed".
But, if it's deemed desirable, the natural path would be on next major release, which brings the current versioning scheme under the spotlight. Any plans on versioning?

Agree, this would be an excellent default. I'd say to add a -c option to force csv similar to the -t option
