Showcase submission form is broken on docs website

Probably since a Firebase API update, the showcase submission form looks broken...

For now, if you want to submit a new website in the showcase, please contact me on Slack / by mail 😉 .

In addition, it would be nice to detail default selection criteria BarbaJS team have for showcasing websites.
