That is how I originally designed it: "Review with Comments or react with 👀 (:eyes:) if you're "ok" with it (it may not be your favorite)". I will take PR comments out of that. Seems a reasonable thing to do. |

Not per year, but at registration time (lasts for x years). Renewal has a separate cost.
