Added ; to end of last line in each icon-variable file
- old files "neutral-cloudy" were still referenced, now deleted
- adding semicolon to end of sass variable for moons - fixed EDN moon file to add semicolon
- fixing EDN files to put semicolon after all sass variable files - updating font files all over - updating to 222 icons

Previously read "You can flip, rotate, or add a fixed with." Should read "...or add a fixed width."

Added SVG versions of most of the icons
According to open weather map, code 701 is for mist. Because mist is not available I changed it to fog. The file had the code for showers instead.

I couldn't find chance of rain or chance of snow, these could essentially be the same as rain or snow icons with less dots or lines
