What does this PR include?

Short Description

Enables HTTP_REDIRECT=y by default on new setups. Useful these days.
As generate_config.sh generates a self-signed certificate by default, the stack comes up. Eventually acme container should kick in and request a certificate.

Closes #5389

What did you tested?

Completely new deployment with HTTP_REDIRECT=y before first start.

What were the final results? (Awaited, got)

Worked. Used self-signed.
