This commit adds the Simplified Chinese translation for the WebXR "look-to-select" tutorial page. The translated file is located at: manual/zh/webxr-look-to-select.html This helps improve accessibility for Chinese-speaking developers learning WebXR and Three.js. Related to mrdoob#31573
