Examples: Migrate royal_esplanade examples to UltraHDRLoader

Replaces royal_esplanade_1k.hdr with royal_esplanade_2k.hdr.jpg and switches from HDRLoader to UltraHDRLoader across all affected examples.

After looking at files for a bit..

I found the issue! Looking at the UltraHDRLoader.load() method (lines 312-367), the callback signature is:

if ( onLoad ) onLoad( texture, texData );

The callback receives the texture as its first argument, but the example code ignores this parameter:

While both HDRLoader and UltraHDRLoader return the texture from .load(), the key difference is:

• HDRLoader returns the texture synchronously populated with data
• UltraHDRLoader returns a DataTexture that's initially empty (line 314-315: new Uint16Array() with zero size), and the data is populated asynchronously

When init() runs and uses hdrEquirect, the texture object exists but it may not be fully ready. The fix should be to use the texture passed to the callback:

Alright...

Just had a short detective work session with Claude.

After testing other hdr.jpg I noticed the shape was actually there just very very transparent. That made wonder if maybe the HDR had lost intensity, maybe the gainmap code was wrong. So I asked Claude to investigate that. It wrote some code to compare the hdr with the hdr.jpg and after the test it said this:

The alpha values are different!

• HDRLoader: Alpha = 15360 (which is HalfFloat for 1.0)
• UltraHDRLoader: Alpha = 23544 (which is HalfFloat for ~127.75)

That's the bug! Look at UltraHDRLoader.js:545:

hdrBuffer = new Uint16Array( sdrImageData.data.length ).fill( 23544 );

The value 23544 was intended to be HalfFloat for 1.0, but 15360 (0x3C00) is the correct HalfFloat representation of 1.0! 23544 (0x5BF8) actually represents ~127.75 in HalfFloat. This incorrect alpha value is likely causing the transmission shader to miscalculate, resulting in only the backside rendering correctly. The fix in UltraHDRLoader.js should be:

hdrBuffer = new Uint16Array( sdrImageData.data.length ).fill( 15360 );
