This commit changes the set of environments accepted in the help to match what is given in the actual code.

A slightly fishy thing is that it does not yet do anything for clang32 -- is that even a real environment? Seriously, what's /clang32 all about? Shouldn't everything in c7bb282 be in there?

this needs a checksum update and a pkgrel bump

Right, because this is the PKGBUILD place… Will do in about half a day. Time to try the online vscode stuff!

Outdated should include clangarm64, too - see #2798 (those files would be adjusted all together [in the next filesystem package update, feel free to integrate in any other PR)

@Artoria2e5 Any update on this, possibly including clangarm64 and edit both filesystem/shell and filesystem/msys2_shell.cmd?
