@TServicmm What is the App/OS are you using? I can reproduce this issue using Apple native app (TextEdit) but using Chrome, Safari or Firefox I can see the issue when 101B (ရ) followed by 103E (ှ). @marekjez86 for opinion/further investigation.

Hello, @nizarsq I am using with Microsoft Office 2016 and test on Microsoft Word document.

SYSTEM INFORMATION

HP Desktop Computer.
Win10 Pro x64 (Version2004, OS Build 19041.450).

In Myanmar mostly are using OS(Computer/Laptop) platforms than Apple devices.
