Description

@sathyamvellal

What is eezyReport?

This project was initially start by @vijeshm, to easily generate reports for projects, mainly intended for students in and around colleges in Bengaluru (or those under VTU). The report is written in XML and a LaTeX equivalent (and also converted to PDF) is generated.

Brief Description

The project was started nearly an year ago and works for the final year project report formats for students of PESIT. What we want to do is use the ideas and the current project to provide a more generic structure to the tool, so that more will be able to use it and also add a couple of more features and better LaTeX support.

Goals

  1. Rework of the existing codebase to make it more modular and generic.
  2. Better LaTeX support
  3. UI Interface support (if time permits)

Requirements

  1. You should know Python
  2. Knowledge of LaTeX needed (at least basics)
  3. Web Technologies for UI support (optional)
