Describe the bug
I use some shared prompts across our team. These are markdown-ish. And our big one to build a project plan, ever since the latest update, endlessly puts us into shell command mode.
I switch us to agent mode.... but it still analyzes something in our breakdown and switches to shell. It is verging on impossible to use warp... which I hate at this is my favourite tool for LLM coding, at the moment.
If I am in the new Agent mode... why are you analyzing for shell commands still? This is verging on unusable now. :(
To reproduce
Create these file as a shared prompt in the Warp Drive. Add some additional commands where it says to. And click on it and press enter. No matter what mode I am in, it interprets it as a shell command.

- When asked to create a project plan, always write it as a file using create_file — never use the internal create_plan tool.
- Write the plan to the user's specifications and answers above
This is should be a high-level plan as we are going to create a detailed implementation checklist at a later step.
Please use light or moderate code examples and limit them to where there is something significant to depart that requires a code example.
Write the plan to the root of the current repo as 'agent-projectplan.md`
- If this file already exists, ask the user for approval on a new name
