Is it possible to append into Vec / String with repeat?

Now repeat supports accumulating results into Accumulate.
But the trait supports only initializing value from scratch.
Is it possible to append the results of repeat into existing Vec / String?

Not at this time. #296 tracks support for initializing Accumulate into existing values.
