Refund policy
Returns and Refunds: At GrindeROO, we prioritise your satisfaction. Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a 100% refund or exchange if you're not completely happy with your purchase, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Items Used: Should you have used the item, please ensure it is cleaned before returning. This step is essential for the health and safety of our staff and facilitates the return process.
Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Certain health and personal care items
Return Process: For a return, you'll need to provide your order number and contact us at info@grinderoo.com for guidance. Please note, purchases made through our stockists are not eligible for refunds from us directly.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for:
- Items not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund's approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, start by checking your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There's often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after doing all this, you still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at info@grinderoo.com.
Exchanges: We're here to help if your item is defective or damaged before use. For an exchange, simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through replacing it with the same item.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Shipping Returns: To return your product, please mail it to: PO Box 4466 Forest Lake Queensland AU 4078. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
