Refund policy

**No Refund Policy for workshops**

Due to the nature of our workshops, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you are registered, you will receive a full credit that can be applied toward any future workshop of equal or lesser value.

To receive your credit, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. The credit will be valid for up to 2 months from the original workshop date.

**No Returns Accepted**

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Why No Returns?

Quality Assurance: Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Hygiene and Safety: For health and safety reasons, returns cannot be accepted.

Order Issues

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Damages During Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please retain the original packaging, your invoice, and the damaged item. You will need to take these to the post office for inspection and file the claim directly. The post office will handle any refund or reimbursement. Handy Knots will not issue refunds for items damaged in transit. Due to updated postal procedures, I can no longer file claims on your behalf. If you need your invoice with the total amount paid, please email admin@handyknots.com
