You need to have large or long range attacks, basically any fox or with a ram horn to make movements as attacks too. You should experiment with skills and different transformation. It's honestly wasn't too difficult as long as you have movements and large to hit skills.

This is a guide of sorts, not the best one but a good enough one

So basically whenever the "tarwolf" does that lunge attack called "warpath", they gain 2 defense which dissipates by 1 each turn, just run away for a bit to be able to actually damage her,  I recommend also learning what tiles are hit with "warpath" (you can dodge it in a very similar way to the catgirl lunge thing),  "ruin" does THIS (0=safe tile; 1=hit tile):

and there's also "Juggernaut" which is effectively a MAP-WIDE vertical teleport

I recommend you fight her either as normal or with the catgirl corruptions, be careful of the ones right at the beggining of the arena though

Use fast items, free damage (dagger and scimitar (I think that's what it's called)

try to not use heavy ones, it's really hard to predict her

By the way the werewolves not in the final stage are actually weaker, they have quite a bit less HP than the tarwolf
