Tiffany is a 4th-year student at the University of Regina who is currently completing her degree in the faculty of Kinesiology and majoring in Human Kinetics. Tiffany’s future goal is to attend medical school specializing in Sports Medicine, with a special interest in working alongside a professional sports team. Fitness has always been an important aspect of Tiffany’s life throughout high school athletics and her passion for personal fitness. As Tiffany starts to work here at Level 10 Fitness, she is committed to learning many ways to encourage, motivate, and create a fun and optimal environment for all the clients and staff!

About Tiffany
Tiffany has now completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology in Human Kinetics, with distinction (Cum Laude), at the University of Regina. She is now working towards getting into medical school, where she wants to become a medical physician. Fitness has always been an important aspect of Tiffany’s life throughout high school athletics and her passion for personal fitness. As Tiffany starts to work here at Level 10 Fitness, she is committed to learning many ways to encourage, motivate, and create a fun and optimal environment for all the clients and staff!

FWS Ovesh Purahoo

About Ovesh
 
Ovesh is an Olympian and a 4th year student-athlete at the University of Regina, where he is pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a major in Human Kinetics. With aspirations to earn a medical degree specializing in Orthopaedics, Ovesh is particularly passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation. As Ovesh begins his journey with Level 10 Fitness, he's eager to learn from both coaches and clients. Committed to building meaningful connections and fostering growth, he's ready to fully embrace the Level 10 experience while sharing his passion for health and performance.

About Alyssa
Alyssa is originally from small town Englefeld, Sask where she competed in many sports growing up, her main two being Track and Volleyball. In 2021 she came to Regina to pursue her education in Kinesiology at the University of Regina. Due to injuries Alyssa no longer plays sports but has worked along sports teams in Regina, including the Rams Football team, Cougars Track and Field, and the Thunder CJFL team as a student athletic therapist for the past 4 years. Alyssa enjoys spending her free time working out, being outside, and watching sports. Alyssa looks forward to sharing her love of physical activity with clients and athlete at Level 10.

FWS Jaden Lenius

About Jaden
 
Jaden is a 5th-year student at the University of Regina who is currently completing her degree in the faculty of Kinesiology and majoring in Human Kinetics. Jaden’s future goal is to become a physiotherapist, as she is passionate about injury prevention and rehabilitation. Jaden currently coaches high performance trampoline and tumbling athletes at Gymnastics Adventure. She used to compete herself, and loves working with the athletes and helping them progress in the sport. She also recently competed in Orlando at the world championships for cheerleading in 2023! As Jaden starts to work here at Level 10 Fitness, she is eager to learn from both the staff and clients. She hopes to grow as a coach, and have a positive impact within the Level 10 community!

Description: Level 10 is excited to offer a FREE Strength & Conditioning session for all current U of R Kinesiology students. This once-a-week session will be coached by our current fieldwork students and will focus on muscular development to improve on overall functional strength, while also including cardiovascular exercises. These sessions will be a great way to not only experience Level 10 Fitness but to connect with other Kinesiology students.
