Level 10 Fitness has two locations to serve our community. Our Grant Road location (Wellness, Performance & Fitness) is located in South Regina within the Whitmore Park Shopping Mall. Our second location, the Sport Performance Compound (Fitness & Performance) is located in the Industrial area of Regina.

Monday 7am - 8:30pm
Tuesday 7am - 8:30pm
Wednesday 7am - 8:30pm
Thursday 7am - 8:30pm
Friday 7am - 4:30pm
Saturday 9am - 12pm
Please call for hours on weekends as times may vary.
We are closed on all Stat holidays.
