Q: how do I install the homestuck dash icons that you made?

Q: what are your brush settings?

A: here you go.

2018 edit: those were my sai brush settings, currently I mostly use photoshop and as result when i do play with brushes they’re usually Kyle Webster’s.

Q: what is your drawing process?

A: I made some process log/basic guides years ago here. the guides are in hebrew but maybe the pictures help too?

my main current process is basically draw the thing, then color in the base in one blog of a solid color

then clip all the added layers of color to it so it doesn’t go out of bounds + easier to control color changes

it ends up looking perfectly normal and also clean 

and ofc i separate different characters/elements into diff folders so they’re easier to control as a unit

Q: can you draw this and that?

A: this really depends on the prompt or fandom. unless I open requests or do a meme or am in a drawing mood, the answer is most likely a no. of course, you can browse my tumblr in general and see things I already drew, or you can try your luck.

**I will just say that I usually don’t answer asks like “it’ll be really nice if you drew X being all…” or “can you draw X and Y?”. it’s a little mean but if you want my attention, actually making a referral to me works better haha.

Q: can you draw homestuck?

A: no. in fact, don’t talk to me about homestuck.

Q: what happened between you and homestuck ?

A: (2018 edit) now? nothing really. in the past even years after i stopped reading people keep finding me through my homestuck art, which is fine! but they also should understand I have no intention of drawing it again. past me got really annoyed by it so it’s phrased aggressively. now it just makes me laugh so i’m keeping it.

I will say that I don’t hate homestuck or my time in the fandom. I still like some of the works I did for it, it simply doesn’t interest me anymore.

Q: is it okay if I cosplay your design?

A: sure thing! you don’t really have to send me an ask about it. I would love to see a picture of it when you’re done tho!
