| Wait is that atou putting her foot down and actually chewing Takuto out? π€£ I love how she and Takuto are basically like Caria and Maria’s parents now with Takuto being the cool dad who spoils them and Atou trying to lay down discipline. It’s even funnier because atou is jealous that they’re taking attention from Takuto whereas she used to be his main object of attention before. She’s just a big kid herself on the inside, one who has the power to wipe out humanity lol. “I shouldn’t be watching this” Isla, girl, you and me both. Takuto and Atou caking all episode was so cute lol. Speaking of Isla though, she’s finally here after being hyped up for so long! Ngl I kinda thought she was gonna be sus and potentially betray them because of how Atou was worried and how she inquired about the defenses of the town, but then again she is basically in charge of defending the town so it makes sense she’d want to know its capabilities. The way she’s become a mother figure to Caria and Maria already is really sweet and I hope she does stay good so they can finally get that maternal nurturing they’ve been craving. It’s nice we got an episode showing how Takuto struggles to run things while Atou is away. This is big for his development. |

| Kinda dull episode Papa Takuto and Mama Atou. As current head of the Cruelty Dynasty, I know how that energy works. And Isla is such a classic Onee-Sama. I did not really need half a dozens scene and 10 minutes to tell me that. |

| One of the most enjoyable episodes for me so far. Isla is just awesome. Simultaneously a protector, nurturer, planner, and emotional support for the entire nation, not to mention highly intelligent and well mannered. She brings a much needed level of stability to the somewhat chaotic and disorderly nature of the people and nation of Mynoghra thus far. Every single person, and the entire country, from the lowest citizen to the king at the top, is better for her presence <3 |
| Well Isla seems interesting! Based on the summoning I have to wonder if she has an in-game chance of being traitorous, but that doesn't initially seem to be the case. However, lots of flags have shown up which makes me wonder if they might go the "bugs have short lifespans" route. Major props to the show for having her look ACTUALLY monstrous though; as much as I love Tensura and shows like it they really fail on that point. Also Isla having ONE theme song that plays like 5 times in a row throughout the episode was certainly a choice. |
| I'm 100% sure the main reason mommy Isla took the girls to show her the place, even if that was necessary as well, was to teach Takuto to properly speak with his people. |

Just what everyone wants to see: ppl talking about stuff in an anime instead of actually doing anything. This is episode 9 of 12 and mostly NOTHING has happened in this anime. I'm sure it will try to end on a cliffhanger so that ppl will look forward to a 2nd season where they dont really do anything memorable again. I had high hopes for the premise but I should have dropped this on ep 6.

| I love it when am right. This show has started as shit and remained shit with slight color change to indicate decomposition stage. Nothing still happens, he still does the stupid sitting in the room spawning things that do something in the background. Why I thought there might be some redemption when first 3-4 episodes were stupid to that degree but I did secretly followed the non-progress. Top notch stuff. |

I don't think you will like the manga all that much either. Anyways, Isla's VA is very on point given her role. She takes care of all, not just insects. |

I haven’t read the manga of this anime, but I’ve watched on YouTube about Isla’s personality and what her fate will be. In this episode, I think Isla and her personality are conveyed really well.
To be honest, I don’t like how Mynoghra always relies on the hero. I’d rather see the Dark Elves, as its citizens, have a bigger role in the future. So far, the Dark Elves who play a part are only limited to that small circle.

| What a weird episode. A giant bug monster walking around acting all motherly, and no one was reacting with shock to it. Either everyone has been affected by some magic or the writer didn't care to write extra character reactions to this thing walking around. I mean, not like dark elves have seen such a creature before, so none of them acting shocked or surprised to it was just lazy animation and writing. Anyway, could've used this episode to actually show more action than a bug creepily petting everyone. I was expecting her to eat some people by the end of the episode. |
