Trader consensus reflects a 71.5% implied probability for no AWS service disruption by April 30, anchored by more than two weeks of stable global operations on the AWS Health Dashboard, with no new "disrupted" severity incidents in the past 30 days. The early March outages in Middle East regions—Bahrain (ME-SOUTH-1) and UAE (ME-CENTRAL-1)—stemmed from physical infrastructure damage in multiple availability zones due to drone strikes amid regional conflict, impacting services like EC2, S3, and DynamoDB but contained without cascading globally; recovery updates ceased after March 3, signaling resolution. AWS's multi-region redundancy and 99.99% uptime track record bolster the "No" lead, though escalating geopolitics or rare configuration errors remain key risks ahead of the deadline.
