Phenotypes – Plasma Creatinine

PGA Plasma Creatinine Data

The PhysGen Program for Genomic Application was funded by NHLBI to develop consomic and knockout rat strains, phenotypically characterize these strains, and provide these resources to the scientific community. The data generated by the PGA studies has been deposited into the RGD Phenominer Database

NBRP Plasma Creatinine Data

The NBRP is a rat repository founded by the the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (Monkasho) in Japan.  The NBRP-Rat collects, preserves and supplies rat strains and maintains a public database with characterization of phenotypes and genetic profiles.
