Rooms Inc rolls into it’s 8th EP of the year, slowly gathering pace amongst noted DJ’s that dabble in all the world’s wonderful grooves.
Debuting on Rooms Inc are USA DJ/Producers, MizzMegan (Fantastic Voyage/Qwerk/Department of Dance) and Qwerk co-owner, Rodney Dinkles (Dirtybird/Fantastic Voyage/House of Hustle/Music is 4 Lovers) rinsing UKG beats with super low bass and tripped out dopeness, aptly named “Woah”.
On Track 2 we welcome another fresh US artist, Worn In, with the unrelenting Electro Breaks stomp that is “Don’t Stop”. A dancefloor destroyer for sure with more in the locker forthcoming.
Label boss, Greg May (Fantastic Voyage/Trax, Bangers Only/ Rooms Inc) turns in a speedy, French style Filter House, bassline bumper that wouldn’t have been out of place in the sweaty, smoke-filled clubs of the late 90s/early 00s where he started his journey.
Finally, Jungle mystery man, Rolland Tokett, rounds off this hard-hitting EP with pure tuffness. “Tension” is a whole vibe of deep, wobbly bass and hard stepping breaks. An amazing follow up to his Radio 1 played “Break, Dance & Drop”.
