Sam Illingworth is a Professor of Creative Pedagogies at Edinburgh Napier University, where his research sits at the intersection of science communication, creative practice, and critical AI literacy. He is the founder of Slow AI, a curriculum and newsletter about knowing when to use AI and when to leave it alone. Sam is also a poet, game designer, and Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
