helpdeco dissects HLP help files (WinHelp) of Windows 3.0, 3.1, 3.11, and '95 and many MVB multi media viewer titles into all files required for a rebuild using the appropriate help compiler HC30, HC31, HCP, HCW, HCRTF, WMVC, MMVC or MVC.

The purpose of this project is to create and update a beginners guide to FreeBASIC. Over the years I have noticed that there was only three real ways to learn FreeBASIC. The FreeBASIC Documentation, the FreeBASIC Community Forum, and A old beginners guide written by Richard D. Clark and Ebben Feagan. Each of these sources are great, but they all assume some experience with a programming language. This Project is taking Richard D. Clark's and Ebben Feagan's "A Beginner's Guide to FreeBasic" and is editing, updating, reorganizing, and simplifying this guide. Mr. Clark and Mr. Feagan generously open sourced there guide so I could start this project. Without being able to stand on their shoulders I could not have even started this project. Ino-L is a TUI programming language for Windows that compiles into MS-DOS batch files. Ino-L stands for Innova Language, because Innova is French for innovation. The purpose of the language is to allow programmers the same functionality and abilities of batch files, but with simpler syntax and limited GUI, along with other things MS-DOS does not natively support. Your MS-DOS code can also be incorporated into the Ino-L source code, along with JavaScript and VisualBasic.

Quorum is a programming language designed in empirical studies with humans to be intuitive and easy to use. It is a Java Virtual Machine language with full Integrated Development and Debugger support built into the Sodbeans project. Version 4.0 includes support for graphics, 3D sound support, and Lego robotics.

cEdit is an advanced and free alternative to both common text editors, and IDE's. It has many of the features found in shareware editors, including extensive language support, function listing, built in FTP, projects, and docking support.

Railroad diagram generator. Generates diagrams in PNG and SVG from parser grammars specified in BNF and other parser formats. Implemented in Java.

Erc is an interpreted link-oriented language. Majic is a java-based interpreter for Erc, and Majicc is a c++ based compiler for Erc which uses the Majic libraries.

Description language based on XSD and rules stored in a centralized directory intend to allow development of applications from static descriptions.

A simple program for creating documentation of Python files. Using ANTLR library it creates a HTML document with information about all classes, it's methods, class fields and attributes. Also it creates documentation of all functions in this file.

Tyro is a very high level programming language designed mainly for the beginners of the programming. It makes life easier for the programming newbies.
