We live in very exciting times 😃! BLDC motors are entering the hobby community more and more and many great projects have already emerged leveraging their far superior dynamics and power capabilities. BLDC motors have numerous advantages over regular DC motors but they have one big disadvantage, the complexity of control. Even though it has become relatively easy to design and manufacture PCBs and create our own hardware solutions for driving BLDC motors the proper low-cost solutions are yet to come. One of the reasons for this is the apparent complexity of writing the BLDC driving algorithms, Field oriented control (FOC) being an example of one of the most efficient ones. The solutions that can be found online are almost exclusively very specific for certain hardware configurations and the microcontroller architecture used. Additionally, most of the efforts at this moment are still channeled towards the high-power applications of the BLDC motors and proper low-cost FOC. -

Reads and writes SNES Satellaview 8M Memory packs (BS-X cartridge and Adafruit Clock Generator needed). By buying this and other kits from us you are funding the maintenance and development of this library. Make sure you use a version of the Arduino IDE which is supported by the ESP8266 platform. If you are using the PlatformIO environment for building, choose one of the available IDE integration or the Atom-based IDE, install libraries 561, 562, and 563 with "platformio lib install", adapt the WeatherStationDemo.ino file to your needs. The simple class uses the header date and time to set the clock. NTP-based time class written by Fabrice Weinberg. We fixed many bugs and improved performance and changed the API a little bit. Either compare your code to the updated WeatherStationDemo or read through the upgrade guide. -

Wifi & BLE driven passenger flow metering with cheap ESP32 boards
Wifi & Bluetooth driven, LoRaWAN enabled, battery-powered mini Paxcounter built on cheap ESP32 LoRa IoT boards. Paxcounter is an ESP32 MCU-based device for metering passenger flows in real time. It counts how many mobile devices are around. This gives an estimation of how many people are around. Paxcounter detects Wifi and Bluetooth signals in the air, focusing on mobile devices by evaluating their MAC addresses. The intention of this project is to do this without intrusion in privacy: You don't need to track people-owned devices if you just want to count them. Therefore, Paxcounter does not persistently store MAC addresses and does no kind of fingerprinting the scanned devices. Data can either be stored on a local SD-card, transferred to the cloud using LoRaWAN network or MQTT over TCP/IP, or transmitted to localhost using serial (SPI) interface. LED Matrix display (similar to this 64x16 model, can be ordered on Aliexpress). SD-card (see section SD-card here) for logging pax data. -
